Active ingredients
- 300 g basmati rice
- olive oil
- 500 g shoarma lamb
- 2 sweet peppers, e.g. red and green, sliced
- 70 g pistachio nuts, peeled
- 10 apricots, (formerly soaked) sliced
Preparation
Boil the rice following the directions on the package.
Heat some olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the meat up until it is prepared and golden brown.
Then include the boiled rice, peppers, pistachio nuts and apricot to the lamb and blend well.
Permit to warm through for 1 minute.
